As a result, the Honorable Judge Christina Snyder entered a preliminary injunction against the former band members and the music company that produced the group’s landmark album. Haney was quoted as stating, “It is sad that the defendants had to steal the name they gave up in written agreements to make a buck. The concert goers who were duped into thinking they were seeing the real band certainly did not get what they paid for.”
